In both cases WA Outdoor Lighting accomplished a great look, in a timely, professional and friendly way. They were always available for any questions and, on the second project which uses a an app to operate, were more than happy to walk me through the app twice, as I aimed to learn it.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I've had exterior lights, installed by Washington Outdoor Lighting, for about 4 years now.  Installation was done well and professionally and they still work great.
There was one light that failed last year and they came out and replaced it, as well as adjusting positions of other lights that had been moved a bit over time with landscape services.  They did charge a fee for that, but it wasn't very much.
Overall I would recommend Washington Outdoor Lighting.  If I were to add to my set up they would be the first to call.

Our Proven Process is your Peace of Mind

Here’s what to expect when you work with us.

1. INITIAL CONSULTATION

We’ll get to know you and your wants and needs in your lighting project. We’ll get to know you and your wants and needs in your lighting project.

2. DESIGN & PROPOSAL

Here we create a lighting design specific to your goals and show you good, better, and best options complete with the lighting layout, example photos, and pricing.

3. NIGHTTIME DEMO

We offer full scale nighttime demos so you can see what your home will look like before making a purchase.

4. AGREEMENT

At this stage, we’ll come to a collaborative agreement on your design, sign necessary paperwork, and get you a timeframe on installation.

5. INSTALLATION

This is the fun part. The installation of your lighting begins! Installation can take anywhere from 1 day to a week or more depending on the scale of the project.

6. FOLLOW UP

After the install is complete, we’ll do a final walkthrough with you at night to make sure everything is exactly how you envisioned and make any necessary adjustments.

7. FEEDBACK

We strive to be 1% better everyday. At this final stage in the process we’ll ask for any and all feedback to help us learn and grow as a company.
