Here at Washington Outdoor Lighting, we don’t sell lights. We sell experiences. We have developed a tried and true 7 step system to make the process from the first handshake to well beyond the last light fixture being installed a truly unforgettable experience. You will be able to entertain guests, enhance your property, and enjoy your outdoor lighting system for years to come. No one likes making a purchase decision and being left in the dark. With this, you will know exactly what to expect when working with Washington Outdoor Lighting.

STEP 1

Initial Consultation

This is where we learn about you and your wants and needs in a lighting system while you learn about our company and what we can do for you.

STEP 2

Create A Lighting Plan

Next, we share your custom lighting design that we created based off your goals for the space with a clear plan on how we will execute the desired outcome.

STEP 3

Presentation

We offer good, better, and WOW! options with design and example photos and discuss details on each estimate so you can decide which one is best for you.

STEP 4

Agreement

Here, we come to a collaborative agreement on your design, sign paperwork, and get you on the schedule for installation.

STEP 5

Installation

Here’s the fun part. Your lighting installation begins! This process can take anywhere from 1 day to a few weeks depending on the scale of your project.

STEP 6

Walkthrough

After the install is complete, we will do an on site walkthrough to review your lighting system and make any adjustments.

STEP 7

Feedback

We strive everyday to get 1% better. At this final stage, we’ll ask for any and all feedback to help us learn and grow as a company.
